Company Introduction

The "Easy Mark" is an improved inkjet marking system developed by us with much experience accumulated through the process of testing and researching the systems which were in its development process from contact type with Corder rubber stamp to non-contact type, due to the rising market demand for automated marking systems since the early 1980s.

The inkjet printers in the early stage had such a simple application and function that it they marked only manufacturing dates and others by using water-based ink. Presently, however, a great technological progress has been achieved and so, various applications and functions have been added to the marking systems due to customer requirements and changed social legal system.

The new requirements in terms of both applications and functions, for example, include work team marking in addition to manufacturing date, Korean-letter marking according to the real-name system, the use of oil-based and MEK ink away from water-based ink due to higher quality and diversification of the raw materials, the use of pigmentary inks such as white and yellow color, separation of head, controller and ink feeder from each other in the marking system due to complexity and diversity of the production line, miniaturization of the marking system to minimize the installation space, convenient interaction with computers due to the technological evolution in the automated equipment field and convenient graphic function due to diversification of the marking contents.

The "Easy Mark," a DOD-type large character ink-jet printer, has been developed and designed to appropriately meet all these requirements. In particular, the 64-dot 256mm Multi Print Head can basically use MEK ink. Since it is designed to be limitlessly extensible and employs 128-dot 512mm and 256-dot 1,024mm types, it can freely produce markings with any image or letter. So, it is receiving favorable response from h heavy industry fields such as shipbuilding and steel.
